Express Life Education Inc in this matter may view personal contents to get applicants to the right programs. Express Life Education Inc shall take all reasonable measures to ensure the privacy of the applicant. ​The applicant agrees that all information had been disclosed for their personal review. The applicant agrees that there is a prior 30-day cancellation form from the applicant's billing date that must be submitted to cancel the service.

Express Life Education Inc will provide service and goods for resources for economic life structure development, tools, materials, and education to all active applicants. Applicant understands that Express Life Education Inc is not responsible for any legal actions taken against the applicant prior, during or after service. Applicant understands the services/goods are provided as resource programs to enhance economic personal life decisions and skill management and not for any other use. The applicant understands and agrees that if at the end of the agreement if the applicant a remaining balance. Express life will submit the final payment to the applicant's banking institution for the final delinquent balance owed to   Express Life Education. The applicant will not dispute any transactions unless they have a valid cancellation form with both parties' signatures.  The applicant agrees to fees associated with the collection of past due service statements. If no communication is received ( mail, phone, or email ) a final notification will be sent to the applicant of termination of service. Express Life Education Inc will assume the agreement is final applicant's file will be closed without further notice and sent to collections for services received with a third party debt collection agency.
